How fast is the shipping & fulfilment?

Once purchased please allow 1-2 days for processing. Once shipped, domestic orders within Australia are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a email notification with your tracking information. 

Do we ship international?

Yes! for international shipping please allow 1-2 days processing time and a further 15-30 days of arrival. Delivery times will vary depending on location which will be indicated upon checkout. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. 

We cover all taxes and duties for shipments to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. For other international destinations, your order may be subject to customs inspections, along with any applicable import duties and taxes specific to your country.

Please note, any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. This applies even if you choose to refuse the shipment upon delivery. Should your order incur these charges, they must be paid to ensure your package clears customs.

If you choose not to pay these additional charges, your package will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be refunded the cost of your order, minus any shipping fees charged by the carrier.


What happens if my packaging does not arrive or goes missing?

If you do not receive your item or it is misplaced/lost during the courier process please email support@strictlytattoo.com.au so that we can investigate and make it right, we want to ensure you are happy with our service. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a link to process a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We accept exchanges that are processed within 14 days of the order arriving. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a link to process a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@strictlytattoo.com.au.

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
